Grab the notarized `Liquid Glow.saver` from the direct download page.
Open once to install
macOS will offer to add it to Screen Saver settings for the current user.
Choose Liquid Glow
System Settings -> Screen Saver -> Liquid Glow. Pick a preset and you are done.
